Το Εργαστήρι Προσωπικής και Οικογενειακής Ανάπτυξης και Θεραπείας έχει στόχο την προαγωγή της ψυχικής υγείας παιδιών, εφήβων, ενηλίκων και οικογενειών.
Για το σκοπό αυτό διοργανώνει σεμινάρια, βιωματικά εργαστήρια, και διαλέξεις. Το Εργαστήρι επίσης δραστηριοποιείται στο χώρο της συμβουλευτικής και της ψυχοθεραπείας, σύμφωνα με τις αρχές της Ομαδικής Ανάλυσης. Απευθύνεται στο ευρύτερο κοινό προσφέροντας δυνατότητες για βιωματική μάθηση, αυτογνωσία, προσωπική ανάπτυξη, ψυχοκοινωνική υποστήριξη και θεραπεία.
